Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Delivery : We offer free delivery for all orders in France, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Order Deadline
Orders placed before 17:00 (UTC+01:00 – Central European Standard Time, Paris) will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing

Order Confirmation and Tracking
- Order Confirmation : Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
- Tracking Number : Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package in real time.

Delivery Delays or Issues

- Delivery Failures : If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional fees may apply for reshipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transport:

- Provide photos of the damaged package (if applicable).
- We will assess the situation and propose either a replacement or a full refund.
Modifications to the Delivery Address
