Returns

Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Some products (e.g., hygiene-related or personalized items) may not be eligible—check the product details before purchasing.

How to Return:

  1. Email Us – Contact info@bonustef.com within 30 days with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Get Your Label – We’ll send a prepaid return label (free for eligible returns).

  3. Ship It Back – Pack the item securely in its original box and drop it off using the provided label.

Refunds

  • Inspection First – Once received, we’ll verify the item’s condition.

  • Refund Processing – Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs – We cover return shipping only if the return is our fault (e.g., wrong or damaged item). Otherwise, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • No Restocking Fees – You’ll get the full refund (minus shipping, if applicable).

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer exchanges. For a different item, return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Email Us ASAP at info@bonustef.com with photos.

  • We’ll review and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
